I am Jamie Sleutz, your hair and waxing specialist.
I have been doing hair for 20 years and doing body waxing for 10. Throughout the years, I have learned the keys to getting the look you love: consultation and styling instructions. With consultation, we make sure we get the final look that you want. With styling instructions, we make sure you can achieve that look at home.
I try my best to be my true authentic self. So I fully support everyone who does the same. My chair is a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. This is why my services are non gendered.
As an extroverted introvert, I know that sometimes getting a beauty service can be an exhausting experience. Please note if you would like an Introverted Experience. This experience is great for anyone who wants to sit quietly and relax.
When I’m not behind the chair, you can probably find me hanging out with my boys, Micah and Mack, or my husband. I love trying new restaurants, and binge-watching true crime docs. I’m an avid book reader and love painting and crafts.

At Meraki, I have become my own boss. I am in charge of everything that happens in my chair, including purchasing supplies and scheduling. It is more work, but allows me to work at my pace.

Policies
Lateness Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled. Please call me if you plan on being more than 10 minutes late, so I can advise you on whether to attend your appointment, or reschedule. Being more than 15 minutes late, may be considered a no show.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur.
No Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, you will be required to have a credit card on file to rebook. If you fail to attend another appointment after that, you will be charged 25% of your missed appointment.
